Bridge, Adobe Camera Raw and Actions

Lesson 7

In this lesson we learnt about the various features of Bridge and what the different menu's were for.

Here we learnt how to categorise our photos by adding colour-coded labels. This is useful for reminding yourself which photos need editing, are finished, and are going to be rejected. We also learnt how to apply a star rating to each of the photos. You do both of these actions by going to the label tab in the menu.

We also learnt how to apply keywords to our photos. This is useful when you want to sort the photos into categories of subject. You add keywords in the menu on the right.

This menu shows the metadata of the photo. You can edit the metadata by going into the tools tab on the menu and selecting 'edit metadata'.

This space shows Adobe camera raw. In this you can edit a photo without
affecting the original.

This photo was created by downloading an action off the internet. This particular action was called 'Lomo - Medium Vignette.' To add a saved action you go into the styles pallet and select 'load styles.'
